Dear Mrs. Cynthia Sewell:
You should receive Montebello books and Energy Quest books were sent to you as a reference to my title in which my associates know me as.
I have not sent all my EQ publications to you. Those that you did receive were provided for public viewing.
EQ publications you received were posted on energyquestsearch.com from 2000 to 2002. I compiled the information and researched all the information in a period of two years. Typing is difficult for me as I'm a QUAD. But anything can be done, it just takes more time.
Updating EQ publications was more then I could do alone, so the web site was discounted.
My knowledge of renewable technologies, trucking, NAFTA, environment and natural resources, land development, U. S. Aircraft Carrier History and Naval Aviation is great.
I do hope you will take the time to review Montebello and if you decide to make a story, I would like to be referenced as the EQNEED Founder.
Very Respectfully, Bruce Wayne Henion

Dear Mrs. Cynthia Sewell:
Several years ago I prepared a report on the Residential Home Sales posted on the Southwestern Idaho Regional Multiple Listing Service http://www.swidahohomes.com or the Ada County Association of Realtors® http://www.adacounty-realtors.com.
Sun River Investment Inc.’s (SRI) investors desired the total listing of new construction, exiting homes and total homes sold in both Ada and Canyon Counties, and as well the strengths and weakness of both counties, which annual and monthly averages of homes sold illustrates, based on the beginning of listed home sales statistics to present.
Eight days ago I began updating those statistics I presented to SRI investors in September 2002 in accordance with my format I designed years ago.
Had it not been for the Montebello project, I would not have done this work and since I intend to publish my book known as Montebello this year, I have updated the statistics.
Compilation and additional text is what I will be seeking for copyright protection with full references to Southwestern Idaho Regional Multiple Listing Service http://www.swidahohomes.com or the Ada County Association of Realtors® http://www.adacounty-realtors.com as the author of Residential Home Sales statistics.
Chapter ten of my book illustrates these statistics and includes information about Ada and Canyon County growth. Chapter ten was also emailed to Greg Manship of http://www.swidahohomes.com.
I hope my modifications don’t violate their copyright protection, although they could post my findings in either my format or their own on the Internet.
The Annual totals of homes sold are not reported nor is the monthly average of home sales.
Annual, Monthly and combined years averages of home sales reveal area strengths and areas producing fewer home sales then others.
The percentages illustrated in Chapter Ten are accurate and show the strengths and weakness of individual Areas of Ada and Canyon counties.
I would appreciate your response upon your review of the material I’ve sent you in the attachments forwarded separately as I’m unable to forward them together as the file is too large.
Very Respectfully Bruce Wayne Henion
The following Index represents Chapter I to X of my book, which I intend to mail you, with CD’s of all material and online Internet addresses (Chapter X s from 1998 to September 2002):
